But without understanding how and why these things are important, it is difficult to be motivated to make them priorities in our lives.  Enter education and explanation; having someone explain how these factors affect us on a personal level and suggesting helpful changes can be hugely beneficial. 

If people are finding it hard to move in the direction of their health goals, it is important to explore their motivations, as well as any obstacles or beliefs that may be holding them back.
